Join Flow With Tiff and Cork & Candles for a grounding morning experience centered on rest and release. \nBegin by exploring soothing seasonal scents and creating your own candle with intention. Then\, move into a gentle yoga flow to ease tension\, reconnect with your breath\, and settle into stillness. The morning will close with journaling and light reflection using reflection cards\, accompanied by breakfast bites and refreshments. \nPlease plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled. Mats and all materials will be provided\, but you’re welcome to bring a favorite journal or blanket if you’d like.
