Produced by nonprofit One River Alliance in partnership with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation\, the Philadelphia Police Department\, neighborhood organizations\, and local elected officials\, FreedomFest has become one of the city’s largest July 4th events and a beloved Northeast Philly tradition.
