PGMC is excited to open the concert with various LGBTQ-commissioned masterpieces written by notable composers\, including Robert Seeley and his late partner Robert Espindola (lyricist)\, Philip Littell (lyricist)\, New Jersey native Robert Maggio\, and Philadelphia natives Andrea Clearfield and Drag Queen Cookie Diorio. Two songs were commissioned by PGMC\, one of which will be performed by Soloist Cookie Diorio. This music celebrates the love stories of our community and reminds us to live bravely OUTloud. The celebration continues with popular selections that gear you up for PRIDE\, including “Rise Up” and “Born This Way!” We will not be erased\, we will not be denied\, and so instead\, we will LIVE OUT LOUD!

Perhaps even more important to the winning team are the bragging rights… until next year.\nThe pole is 30 feet high\, greased with lard\, and you will find it at the 9th & Montrose Piazza.\nSign ups are on site the day of the climb or teams can register at the Visitor Center located at 919 S. 9th Street.
