While you’re waiting for a flight that may never take off\, unpack your baggage and rifle through some of ours. You may recognize something as your own\, or find something you never knew you were carrying. \nMade for anyone who has ever lost a bag\, gotten stuck\, or missed a (metaphoric) flight\, this trans(formational) installation asks: how do you know it’s time to move on when you don’t know where you’re going? \nProduced by The Bearded Ladies Cabaret\nPart of FringeArt’s 2026 Festival & Collective Futures \nInstallation on view September 10-December 20\, 2026\nat The Hairport | 444 N 3rd Street\, Philadelphia PA 19123 \nInstallation hours:\nWednesday\, Thursday & Friday 4-9PM | Last timed entry at 8:15PM\nSaturday & Sunday 11AM-3PM| Last timed entry at 2:15PM \nLive events at The Hairport | Saturdays at 8PM \nThe Hairport is an interactive\, immersive installation filled with costumes\, cardboard props\, and other ephemera from the Bearded Ladies Cabaret’s 16-year performance history. Visitors will make their way through a sprawling multi-room space made to look like a fantastical\, metaphorical “airport”. Visitors will be invited to interact with components of the installation and may encounter docents in guiding roles. The experience will culminate in a “lounge” space full of “Bearded baggage” which will also serve as the performance site for the Now Hoarding: In-Flight Entertainment live event series. \nIt will take visitors approximately 60-75 minutes to view the entirety of the Priority Hoarding installation. Groups of 6 will enter the installation\, at 15-minute timed entry intervals. An opportunity to ride a Surrey bike is offered but not required.

Cadence in the Clouds is not just a show; it showcases multiple avenues of the arts while putting multiple tools and resources for Philly artists in one room where they can connect through music\, art\, and new memories to foster collaboration and helping one another further their careers. We want to show artists that they don’t need to go to New York or Los Angeles to thrive in their artistic endeavors\, they can do it right here with the right resources. \nThe night begins at 6 PM\, at the Level 28 in University City. We have tapped in with local artists and entrepreneurs of all types to create the event\, encouraging collaboration and partnership to help make dreams happen. DJ Bear-One will be setting the tone for the night\, spinning all of Hip-Hop’s finest. Kuf Knots and Christine Elise\, a dynamic harpist and rapper/producer duo will be performing an electric set\, and will be followed up by Every Ave\, a soulful rapper ready to rep his city. DESCRIPTION:Join us on the first Saturday in October at the St. David’s Fairgrounds for a day of fun for the whole family! The St. David’s Church Country Fair is the longest\, continuously running church fair in the USA. Held annually on the first Saturday in October\, the Fair is full of thrifted deals\, games\, food\, fall activities\, and more! Enjoy music by 3RowBack and be sure to stop by St. David’s booth for pet blessings from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. \nEach year 100% of the Fair’s proceeds are donated to over 20 deserving Delaware Valley and Philadelphia organizations\, as well as our international partners in Cuba\, Guatemala\, and Uganda. We invite you to join the over 3\,500 visitors drawn annually to the St. David’s Church Country Fair and become part of this enjoyable and worthwhile community event. All are welcome! \nOur admission fee is $5 per person\, maximum of $20 per household. Veterans and volunteers are free. Please purchase your wristband at either of the entrances. Admission fees all go to support our outreach partners! Midway wristbands for the kids are $10 for unlimited activities\, or you may pay per ticket. \nFree parking is available in the church lots and the large field on the corner of Church Road and South Valley Forge Road. Access to field parking is from the Church Road side. Overflow parking will be available at the Devon Horse Show fairgrounds. Please use the main gravel lot. There will be two buses going back and forth from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to pick up and drop off volunteers and attendees.
