Launching September 12 at noon\, the Historic Germantown 250th Stamp Rally invites residents and visitors to uncover the pioneers whose stories are rooted throughout the neighborhood. The free\, family-friendly experience takes visitors on a scavenger hunt across Northwest Philadelphia\, where they can collect stamps and discover the remarkable individuals who have shaped Historic Germantown’s past and present. Running through November 14\, the Stamp Rally builds on Historic Germantown’s year-long celebration of America’s 250th anniversary by putting the people behind the history at the center of the experience. From artists and abolitionists to educators\, activists\, and innovators\, participants will encounter stories of individuals whose achievements made an impact not only on Germantown but on Philadelphia and the nation.
