This intimate dinner features a seven-course tasting menu showcasing the seasonal ingredients, thoughtful techniques, and shared culinary philosophy that have defined both chefs’ careers. Expect a menu rooted in the best of late summer, highlighting exceptional local produce, seafood and creative, ingredient-driven cooking. To begin the evening, every guest will be welcomed with a special aperitif created by Danny Childs, featuring locally sourced and foraged ingredients that celebrate the flavors of the season.
