Taste the Love With Something Sweet from The Night Kitchen Bakery

At Night Kitchen Bakery, we are excited to announce a new pride cookie. It’s a rainbow heart shortbread cookie. Each cookie will be sold for $5 to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community during the month of June. All profits from the sale of this colorful, buttery, delicious cookie will be donated to the William Way LGBT Community Center.

The William Way LGBT Community Center is an organization that serves the LGBTQIA+ communities in the Greater Philadelphia area with a number of social programs and support services. Their mission is to “to engage and support the diverse LGBTQIA+ communities in the greater Philadelphia area through arts & culture, empowerment, and community connections.”

Now until June 30, 2024, Night Kitchen Bakery will be selling the pride cookie pictured here. This sugared shortbread cookie is notorious for its thick cut and buttery flavor. The bakery is known for cutting its shortbread cookies into seasonal shapes and this time around the design is in support of the LGBTQIA+ community and Pride Month.

As constant changes are occurring in the question of LGBTQIA+ rights, we will do everything in our power to protect this community. With your help, Night Kitchen Bakery can further the efforts of supporting the LGBTQIA+ community in the city of Philadelphia.
