King King on 16mm Film!
Oaks Center Cinema is hosting a special screening of the 1933 classic King Kong on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at 1:30 PM, presented on glorious 16mm film!
The independent theater has teamed up with film collective Sidetrackd16 to project a vintage, physical print of the movie at 24 frames per second, complete with a dedicated 16mm pre-show.
