Ice Cream Social with Malai, Milk Jawn and Irv’s

Get ready for the sweetest night of the fall! On Tuesday, October 28, Malai is partnering with Cookbooks & Convos to host an ice cream social like no other—bringing together three women-led Philly ice cream makers, Malai, Milk Jawn, and Irv’s Ice Cream—for an evening of nostalgia, creativity, and pure joy in celebration of the Malai Cookbook.

The evening’s desserts will be rooted in the same inspiration as the recipes in the cookbook: childhood memories and connections. Each maker will create a one-night-only treat drawing on the flavors that sparked a lifelong love of ice cream—think apple pie ice cream with snickerdoodle chunks in a crisp waffle bowl (a Malai recipe straight from the book!), a retro Neapolitan Viennetta, and a mocha cookie crunch ice cream sandwich you’ll dream about long after the last bite.

Your ticket gets you three over-the-top desserts, a welcome drink, a glass of wine, and a copy of the Malai Cookbook to take home. Two ticketing windows are available at both 6PM & 7:30PM.
