Hiruy Tirfe Presents The Threshold Album Listening Session at Nostalgia Fishtown

Jazz saxophonist, composer and recording artist Hiruy Tirfe representing Philadelphia, PA invites music lovers to Nostalgia Fishtown for an intimate listening experience celebrating his forthcoming sophomore album, The Threshold.

Taking place Monday, September 28, the evening will give guests an opportunity to hear The Threshold ahead of its official release and experience the next chapter of Tirfe’s musical journey in a relaxed Fishtown setting.

The new album follows Tirfe’s acclaimed debut project, 10,000 Hours, and continues his exploration of contemporary jazz through influences from hip-hop, R&B and modern production. The project also arrives during an exciting period in Tirfe’s career, including the placement of “Ben Franklin – Remix” on the EA Sports Madden NFL 27 soundtrack.

More than simply an album preview, the Nostalgia listening session is designed as a community gathering for Philadelphia music lovers, artists and supporters to experience new music together.

Admission is free with no cover, and the event is BYOB. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the listening session beginning at 7 p.m.
