Learn ancient tools to support modern life with herbs, breath, and meditation.
A new topic every month.
Available in-person OR online.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
In each workshop, we will begin with an herbal lesson utilizing a medicinal herb, a breathwork technique to support the topic, and meditation to ground us in what we have learned. We will gather to learn, connect, and encourage personal and collective healing and growth.
Please bring an open mind, heart, journal, and pillow to sit on (if you do not have one, no worries, we have extras in-house).
ABOUT LORI
A practicing educator of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork techniques for 8 years and is passionate about herbal and natural healing which is incorporated into her everyday life.
Lori is inspired by her knowledge to help others understand how to elevate our bodies and energy for maximum healing and self-awareness.
ABOUT STEF
A founding member at The Sacred Path Herbal Collective, Stef stepped into a holistic approach to health and wellness after a traumatic motorcycle accident all but severed her leg off in Thailand.
Between herbalism, breath work, holistic practices, EMDR therapy, and making more conscious health and wellness decisions, Stef learned about the synergistic effect of healing through many perspectives and adopted many practices to become more balanced physically and mentally.
Stef has a deep passion for people and life and loves to share what she’s learned with others as well as foster a supportive community!
