Join instructor Maceo Hood in a beginner friendly meditation class. In this one-hour course, we will practice and discuss the benefits of mindful meditation. At least thirty minutes will be devoted to a guided meditation. Maceo received his certification from the Institute for Organizational Science and Meditation.
No registration is required! However, if this is your first time, we reccommend arriving fifteen minutes early (at 3:45pm). We will give you an introduction and some handouts.
Location in the Building: We will meet in Room 405 on the Fourth Floor.
