You’re Invited to In Flow Studio’s Opening Week @ Old City!
We’re officially opening the doors to our newest studio in Old City! And we’re celebrating with how we’ve always done it  — with a full week of free classes, but this time, we’re including free workshops, and special events designed to help you reset, reconnect, and experience what In Flow is all about!

From morning movement and post-class coffee hangs, to cacao ceremony, candlelight flow, Flight Club, Community Day (at our OG location), and a closing-day coaching session you won’t want to miss, this week is your invitation to explore the space, meet the teachers, and feel the energy of our newest home.
