Flash Tattoo Day Benefitting the PSPCA

Join the PSPCA at Art Machine Productions on May 4th for a Flash Tattoo Day!
There will be over 40 different flash designs to choose from and 50% of the proceeds will be donated to the PSPCA. Plus, meet some adoptable dogs while you wait!
8-9 artists will be participating.
