Corio Pizza Collab: Dom’s Pie

During the month of December, Corio will be featuring a pizza co-created by Chef David Feola and one of his longtime friends, Chef Dominic Piperno of Hearthside in Collingswood, New Jersey. Chefs David and Dominic have a history of cooking together over the years and have both since gone on to open standout dining destinations in the area. What better way for the pair to reunite than collaborating on a pizza pie?

The collab pizza (or “Dom’s Pie” as listed on Corio’s menu): Hearthside’s Fennel Sausage, Broccoli Rabe, Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese, Long hots, and a touch of Chili Oil.

The pizza is a riff on Hearthside’s beloved orecchiette dish that has been featured on their menu over the years. It will be available beginning Monday, December 1 and throughout the entire month at Corio (3675 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19104).
