This free, beginner-friendly workshop is for you.
Led by Muse founder Maggie Greene, this easygoing class will introduce you to yoga in a way that’s actually accessible. No pressure, no judgment — just simple movements to help you feel better in your body, breathe deeper, and reset your routine. Whether you’re returning after a long break or brand new to the mat, you’ll be met with encouragement, not expectations.
