Philly nonprofit, OWE, is throwing a charity Eagles tailgate Sept 13th for the home opener to raise money for Damabiah orphanage in Haiti. $50 all you can eat/drink, DJ, games/prizes, giveaways. Come eat and drink for a good cause!!
