Barbichette Wine x Winewark at Southwark

Stop by Southwark on Monday, December 15th for a special appearance by César Vega and Louisiane Remy of Barbichette wines! Barbichette is a natural wine producer in New York’s Finger Lakes region, and a favorite of wine consultant Jamie Rubin. Together, they own a coffee roastery in Brooklyn and tried their hands at wine as a fun experiment. After a few years of making wine in other people’s cellars, they have found a place of their own on Seneca Lake.
