Back to School: Herbs for a Happy & Healthy School Year

Please join Kim Geisler, folk and clinical herbalist of Transcending Roots Apothecary and Sacred Path Collective, to learn how to support our children and cultivate healthy immune systems throughout the school year, pre-k thru 12 and beyond!
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
We will discuss herbal favorites for strengthening immune function, as well as remedies for common childhood ailments, and school-year woes, with a focus on immune health, cold and flu recovery and support, and stress and anxiety.
This is also an open table discussion to ask any questions you have to keep your little ones supported and healthy throughout the school year.
Participants will take home a tea blend or tincture and a list of accessible and easy-to-follow recipes.
