B Side Cuts Chef Tasting Dinner a Urban Farmer

The B-Side Chef’s Tasting Dinner is back on Thursday, August 10th from 6:30-9 pm on the patio, celebrating the lesser-known and appreciated cuts of steak, such as Bison N’djua, Fried Offal, Beef Tongue and Cheek, and more. Enjoy a 5-course menu from Executive Chef and Butcher Sonny Ingui, Executive Sous Jacob Altemus, paired with sought after and unique wines curated by lead bartender, Christopher Moran. Attendees can expect surprises throughout the evening paired with unparalleled views of the Parkway. Tickets are $165/person. Must be 21+ with valid ID.
