April 8th will be a total solar eclipse in North America. Join us at the American Philosophical Society Museum for our family program, “Shoot for the Stars Eclipse Edition!” APS Education staff will be handing out eclipse viewing glasses* and celebrating the eclipse itself with some space related activities. We will also be demonstrating a LightSound device which provides an audible experience of the eclipse.
The program will take place in the APS Jefferson Garden from 1:30 P.M.-4:00 P.M. and is free and open to the public.
