COVID Tests Are No Longer Accepted, The City Now Requires All Restaurant Patrons to Be Fully Vaccinated
What has been a very hot button issue, is now being pressed once again. The city’s vaccine mandate which went into effect on January 3rd provided a grace period of two weeks where patrons could present their negative test results. Well, now that rule has ended.
Monday was the last day where restaurant patrons could present their negative COVID-19 tests. Now the city requires all dine-in guests to be fulled vaxed. This strict mandate also applies to any venue that serves drinks and food which includes sporting venues such as the Wells Fargo Center. So even if you plan on cheering for the Sixers or Flyers and don’t plan on eating, you still need to be fully vaxed.
However, guests with qualifying religious or medical exemptions will be allowed to enter the venue with proof of negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours of the event.
