City Tap House Transforms Multiscreen TV into Monstrous Video Game for Video Game Day!
Party like it’s 1982 this Saturday, July 8th at City Tap House Logan Square’s Ms Pac Man Brunch in celebration of Video Game Day!
City Tap House will transform the city’s largest TV — a state-of-the-art audio visual system complete with a massive 18-by-19-foot Planar video screen— into a monstrous video game. Starting at 12pm, guests can lead Ms Pac Man through the different mazes while dodging Inky, Blinky, Pinky and Clyde!
City Tap House will be pouring $5 fruity beers — paying homage to the various bonus fruits in the popular arcade game — including:
- Søle Artisan Ales’ Fruity Dabs
- Stone & Key Cherry Pie Cider
- Victory Peach Blonde Ale
- 21st Amendment Watermelon Funk
- Troegs Raspberry Goes
- Unibroue Ephemere Apple Golden Ale
While guests await their turn on the joystick, they can enjoy brunch specials, including favorites such as Braised Bacon Benedict ($15), The Big Chick ($14) and Pork and Sweet Potato Hash ($15).
Guests can play Ms Pac Man as many times as they would like between 12 and 5 pm to attempt to procure the highest score. The winner will receive a $200 City Tap House gift certificate.
