Who’s down for a good ol’ fashioned block party? Of course we all are.  On June 25th from 12 pm to 4 pm Bok will be hosting The 7th annual B[L]OK PARTY taking place on Mifflin Street between 8th and 9th Streets.  This annual street festival of neighbors and friends celebrates all things Bok and South Philly.

Guess will get to enjoy plenty of activities for kids and adults of all ages, including a bouncy castle, food trucks, arts and crafts, music, fire truck demos, and so much more.

The interactive vendor booths will feature a range of Bok makers, nonprofits, and small businesses, including Bok Bar, Franklin & Whitman, Remark Glass, Studio Bladel, Holly Simple, Yaku Wear, Tuft the World, Char and Whiskers, Tenangos Philly, Brixxy & Co., Girls, Inc., and The Woven Soul. Additionally, community artists, partners, and businesses will join in this year’s festivities including Hand Over The Henna, Philly AIDS Thrift, Lindsey Gill Art, Love City Vet, Visions Risen, Amelie’s Bark Shop, Indigo bikes, and many more.

Those looking for food options, vendors such as  Lil Pop Shop, Pecel Ndeso, and Waffles Philly will be parked on the block, and for music performances by CAGE, Nuuxakun, Girls Rock Philly will keep the party going all afternoon.

Head inside to the first floor WKSHP retail corridor where you’ll find more food, coffee and shopping at Amazulu Collections, Minimal Chaos, Greenly Plant Co., Two Persons Coffee, Machine Shop Bakery, and Transport Cycles.

This event is free to attend and all are welcome. In case of rain, the party will move indoors to the Bok gym.
