Attention Dog Owners: Manayunk’s Dog Day of Summer is Back With Vendors, Photo booth, Yappy Hours, & More
If you’ve been waiting on an event to take your pup to then be sure to mark your calendar because on Saturday August 17th Manayunk will host its annual Dog Day of Summer from 11 am to 4 pm. Dog Day of Summer will primarily take place along Main Street between Green St. and Shurs Lane, with activities along the sidewalks and activated parking lots.
Guests and their four legged friends will get to peruse various vendors, take part in a wide-range of activities including a photo booth and agility course, as well enjoy a few Yappy Hours.

11AM-4PM – Puppy pool party, giveaway bags to first 50 customers, Brixxy & Co. Bandana pop-up, pet food vendors, pet photography, and more.
11AM-1PM – Doggie Bandana and Tank Top Dye Activity ($10-$15)
1-4PM – Paw Print Activity where pups will leave a permanent paw print on Pet-Friendly’s planters. All participants will receive a 10% coupon on their next purchase.
11AM-4PM – The store will unveil a new butterfly selfie mural in the play yard. All day pool party feat sprinklers, toys, free pup cups, and samples of new dog beers, wines, and seltzers.
At Bark Social:
1 – 3PM – Pet Portrait Painting! No artistic ability or experience is required. Each canvas will be pre-sketched. Pre-registration is required here.
11AM-4PM – Pet-friendly ball pits, bubble machines, glamour shots, and more on Conarroe St.
