Artist Jordan Spector Teams Up With Brad Lidge & Chooch to Create Collectable Baseball Cards Featuring Game Used Baseballs

Back in March we shared news that Philly-based artist Jordan Spector teamed-up with Hall-of-Famer Brian Dawkins to create on-of-a-kind trading cards. Now, Jordan is once again teaming with Philly sports legends to create another batch of his signature Immortals collection.

Jordan has now shifted to the baseball world to work with two all-time favorite Phillies, Brad Lidge and Carlos “Chooch” Ruiz. Both played big roles in the 2018 World Series team and now Jordan looks to enshrine them in his own way.  The cards are set to release on October 29th (same day the Phillies won the World Series in 2008) and will continue the streak of Jordan Spector collaborations. Past Immortal collabs included the fore aforementioned with Brian Dawkins, as well as Brandon Graham, UFC fight Bo Nickal, and HOF linebacker Patrick Willis.

So what exactly can you expect from these limited edition cards? “Customers can expect a truly nostalgic experience with a collectible unlike anything ever created before. This isn’t just a trading card—it’s a true art collectible. Each piece comes in a stunning 3D holographic box and includes a certificate of authenticity, along with many other exciting details. As a limited-edition release, once they’re sold out, they’re gone for good. The project includes many different card design variations that are holographic including some autographed by Brad Lidge and some autographed by both Brad Lidge & Chooch. Plus, for the first time ever, this release will include a select few relic cards containing actual pieces of game used baseballs provided by Brad Lidge from the 2008 World Series playoff run.” Jordan explains.

In order to get your hands on these cards, you must first sign up for the release on spectorsportsart.com/pages/early-access-brad-lidge-immortals-trading-card-influencer . Once signed up they will receive early access updates as we get closer to the launch date on October 29th and other important info along the way.

“The 2008 World Series win was a defining moment of my youth. Being part of that historic event and witnessing that victory is something I’ll always treasure. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that years later, I’d be collaborating with the very legends who made it happen to launch something truly historic,” Jordan added.
