It’s been almost a decade since HEFFE Tacos opened for business on the corner of Marlborough and Frankford Ave. The walkup eatery located in the heart of Fishtown featured one-of-kind tacos and burritos with a cash only business model.
HEFFE Tacos quickly became a popular option for those looking for quick casual bites. However, the current owner has their sights set on new business ventures and stated that they are looking to sell the turnkey business to an entrepreneur looking to take over the space. Current asking price is listed at $50,000 and tenants will negotiate a new lease with the landlord (real estate is not for sale).
“The stand itself is 150 sq. ft. and features an 8 foot hood, Ansul system, and full Kitchen set up with equipment in place. The outdoor dining encompasses 1,000 sq. ft.
