ResolutionRX at Kimpton Hotel Monaco

Kimpton Hotel Monaco is hosting its annual Resolution Rx event in partnership with Girls on the Run on Sunday, January 12, a day of interactive classes and activities showcasing local studios and partners to help the community celebrate the start of spring and kick start their summer fitness and wellness goals.

Tickets to each class are a $7 donation, 100% of which benefits Girls on the Run. Along with entry to a fitness class, the tickets include complimentary access to the wellness room, which offers lymphatic drainage boots, an oxygen bar, infrared chakra mats, meditations by Burble, and more.

All proceeds from ResolutionRx benefit Girls on the Run, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization designed to enhance participants’ social, emotional and physical skills to successfully navigate life experiences.

Local fitness studios include Dharma Yoga, Barre3, Ripped PHL, and Solidcore. Attendees can also recharge with tips and tricks from Dharma Yoga’s Reiki practitioner, card games by Touchy Feely, meditations from Burble, and lymphatic drainage boots, an oxygen bar, and infrared chakra mats from Modrn Wellness; nosh on healthy snacks from Red Owl Tavern; and enjoy non-alcoholic mocktails samples and a workshop on how to make conscious cocktails at home with Gem Life Collective.
