That is why on Sunday, June 23rd from 10AM – 5PM, we welcome you to join our day(re)treat experience, happening in a beautifully restored historic building in Philadelphia, PA. Pause is a space for you to prioritize yourself with some guided journaling, nourishing foods, hands on workshops, a beautiful community and mucho more. Come experience a full retreat in only 1 day!
