Sketching Splendor: Field Companion Artists Conversation

Please join the American Philosophical Society on Wednesday, May 22nd to experience and celebrate Field Companion by Nadia Hironaka and Matthew Suib. This film installation is part of the APS exhibition Sketching Splendor: American Natural History, 1750-1850, on view through December 2024.

The program will start at 5:30 p.m. with light refreshments. We will be screening Field Companion (running time 20 minutes) starting at 6:00 p.m., followed by Q&A and conversation with Nadia Hironaka and Matthew Suib. The exhibition Sketching Splendor will also be open.

This event is free, but registration is required since space is limited. This event is for ages 21 and over.
