Bánh Mì and Bottles & Southwark are Collaborating For a Special Four Course “Viet-alian” Dinner Experience
You know we love a great dinner collab, so when we heard that Bánh Mì and Bottles was hosting Southwark for a special collaboration we had to share the news.
On Monday March 18th, Bánh Mì (712-14 South St.) will host Southwark for a four course dinner that will fuse Vietnamese cuisine with Italian cuisine for a special “Viet-alian” experience. This special prix fixe Viet-alian menu celebrates the distinct flavors of two notable restaurants in the South Street corridor. For one-night-only, guests can enjoy Phung and D’Ambro in the kitchen together cooking up an innovative, multi-course menu. An optional wine pairing is available and guest bartender, Randall Greenleaf of Southwark will be working the B&B bar twisting up a fun signature cocktail for the occasion.
“We wanted to unite the flavors of two chefs in the neighborhood! This partnership with Chef D’Ambro of Southwark celebrates the strength and collaboration of the community in the South Street district,” states Chef/Owner Tuan Phung of Banh Mi & Bottles. The dinner is priced at $85 per person with reservations available via Resy.
