5 Chefs Will Be Competing to See Who Makes the Best Hot Dog at Royal Boucherie’s “Dogs on the Deck”
The hot dog is a summertime staple. In fact it’s no secret that Dollar Dog Night is the most popular night for the Phillies and with National Hot Dog Day (August 26th) around the corner, here’s your chance to try amazing hot dogs as well as complimentary cocktails courtesy of Boardroom Spirits.
On Thursday August 24th from 6-9 pm Royal Boucherie (52 S 2nd St.) will be hosting its popular Dogs on Deck event. Five local chefs will be going head-to-head to see who makes the best dog, and guests get a chance to try each creation. The best part is that a portion of proceeds will benefit local not-for-profit organization Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).
Not only will guests get to try five innovative hot dog creations but they’ll have an opportunity to be apart of the voting process to see who’s dog reigns supreme.
Participating Chefs Include:
- Val Stryjewski representing Royal Boucherie
- Nic Macri representing Khyber Pass Pub
- Chad Durkin representing Porco’s Porchetteria
- Eli Milligan representing Rosemary
- Adam Volk representing Redcrest Kitchen
