Kismet Bagels is Celebrating National Bagel Day by Giving Away 100 Bagels and a Chance to Win Free Bagels for a Month
Hey bagel lovers, this Sunday is your special day. This is because on January 15th National Bagel Day is happening and one local bagel shop will be celebrating in a unique way.
In celebration of National Bagel Day, Kismet Bagel owners Jacob and Alexandra Cohen will be giving away 50 bagels at each of their locations (Fishtown 113 E Girard Ave. and Rittenhouse 1700 Sansom St.) beginning at 8 a.m. on Sunday. So 100 bagel lovers will receive complimentary bagels. However, the duo will also be hosting a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory type contest which will include a special “Golden Bagel.”
Each location will have one special “Golden Bagel” winner, and whomever receives the bag with the golden bagel will receive one month of free bagels at either location (a maximum of 12 bagels per week), one free schmear per week for a month (total of four), a “Bagel Love” tote bag, and one free jar of Damn Near Everything Seasoning.
The Cohens recently opened their new Rittenhouse location at 1700 Sansom Street in Philadelphia in early December, and plan on opening their Kismet Bialys stall at the Reading Terminal Market in the coming weeks.
