Adventure Aquarium Is Hosting ‘Sips Undersea: Harvest with the Hippos,’ an Adult-Only, After-Hours Date Night Experience
Adventure Aquarium will host “Harvest with the Hippos,” a 21-and-older evening event, on Friday, October 2, from 5 to 9 p.m. The event is part of the aquarium’s ongoing “Sips Undersea” series, which features seasonal, themed 21+ nights continuing into next year. Tickets are available at adventureaquarium.com.
Adventure Aquarium is the only aquarium in the world to house hippos. “Harvest with the Hippos” takes place during the aquarium’s annual “Fintastic Pumpkin Glow” fall festival, which features glowing pumpkin sculptures displayed both on land and underwater. Guests attending “Harvest with the Hippos” will have access to the full Fintastic Pumpkin Glow festival, along with special access to watch the aquarium’s Nile hippos, Genny and Button, receive fall-themed treats throughout the evening.
General admission for “Harvest with the Hippos” costs $44.99. An optional “Ultimate Date Night Package” is also available, which includes after-hours admission for two, two drinks, and two commemorative photos.
