Black-Tie GayBINGO!

Black-Tie GayBINGO! returns Saturday, Oct. 3, as Action Wellness marks its 40th anniversary with an evening of cocktails, GayBINGO!, the Bingo Verifying Divas, a silent auction, dinner and dancing at Loews Philadelphia Hotel.

Hosted by Stella D’Oro and Goldie Jawn, this year’s event will also feature the presentation of the inaugural Carlota Ttendant Award to Dr. Demetre Daskalakis, former director of the CDC’s Division of HIV Prevention and now Chief Medical Officer of Callen-Lorde Community Health Center. The award is named for longtime GayBINGO! hostess Carlota Ttendant, who retired this year after 30 years in the role.

Proceeds benefit Action Wellness and its work supporting people living with or at risk of HIV.
