Capitolo Youth Soccer Club to Host Free Street Classic Festival

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Capitolo Youth Soccer Club (CYSC) invites the community to come together for a day of soccer, family fun and global excitement at the upcoming CYSC Street Classic. 

This free, open-to-the-public event will take place on Friday, June 20, from 12 to 6 p.m., along E. Passyunk Avenue between Pat’s King of Steaks and Geno’s Steaks, transforming one of South Philadelphia’s most iconic blocks into a vibrant soccer festival.

A Full Day of Free Family Activities

The Street Classic offers a wide range of interactive, family-friendly programming, including:

• 3×3 Street Soccer matches emphasizing creativity and fast-paced play!
• Soccer skills challenges for players of all ages!
• Live streaming of the biggest soccer games going on this summer!

• Kids and Family Fun: Bounce house, face painting & temporary tattoos, an obstacle course and active play zones!

• Raffles and prizes throughout the day!

All proceeds from raffles and fundraising activities will directly benefit Capitolo Youth Soccer Club and its programming.

Supporting a Community-Driven Mission

While admission is free, the Street Classic supports CYSC’s broader mission to keep soccer accessible, inclusive and community-driven.

The event reflects the organization’s guiding principle: “passion over performance.”
