12th Street Catering is Offering a Paella Virtual Cooking Class for Valentine’s Day Weekend!
Looking for ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a safe and unique way? On Friday, February 12 at 5:30 p.m., 12th Street Catering will offer a Paella Virtual Cooking Class, perfect for a date night in. Unlike the private cooking classes offered by 12th Street Catering, this class is open to the public as a special, one-of-a-kind Valentine’s Day experience. Ditch the reservations, show up in your sweats, grab a glass of La Cana Albarino (recommended as a perfect pairing by the Executive Chef), and prepare for a night of fun with your significant other, best friends, family members.
Attendees will cook and master the dynamic entree and two side dishes with live step-by-step instructions from Executive Chef Adam DeLosso, who will share his award-winning paella recipe with the group. The class lasts approximately one hour and will allow each household how to create a delicious meal in an interactive and memorable way while making new friends and learning new skills.
The new Paella Virtual Cooking Class Menu consists of:
- Free Range Chicken, Chorizo Bilbao, & Shrimp Paella with Bomba Rice, Sofrito & English Peas
- Oven Roasted Piquillo Peppers with Sherry Vinegar, Thyme & Garlic
- Toasted Baguette with Saffron-Chipotle Aioli
- Tres Leches Cake prepared by 12th Street Catering’s In-House Pastry Kitchen
The Paella Class is $100 per kit for two people, with the option to purchase your own paella pan for future paella nights (pan not required for class). Each kit comes with individually packaged and labeled ingredients, a recipe card, and menu.
Delivery is not included in the cost of the class; 12th Street Catering offers onsite pickup (free), local delivery, and priority overnight shipping via FedEx with boxes packaged in thermal (and sustainable) TempGuard liners and gel ice bricks to ensure you receive the highest quality, even in the comfort of your home.
