On Thursday, November 9th, 2017, Cheerleaders Gentlemen’s Club, voted best Gentlemen’s club in the Northeastern United States, and Metrospect Events, Philadelphia’s premier event firm and creators of Hair O’ The Dog, will present the World’s Most Pulsating Pole Competition, The Platinum Pole Awards. This highly anticipated event is being hosted by Philly’s favorite rock and roll radio personality, disc jockey, and mummer, Jacky Bam Bam of 93.3 WMMR. Jacky’s vibrant and bold personality will send this spectacular event into overdrive and add that extra special Philly flare. Attendees and competitors can expect Jacky to put on a performance of his own as he will incorporate his signature and captivating style into the evening’s festivities.
Nine artistic and fierce pole performers from all over the globe will battle it out for a chance to win the astonishing $10,000 Winner Take All prize and the coveted title of Platinum Pole Awards Champion 2017. Local and national star judges will be brought in to select the winner and contestants will be judged on agility, technicality, presentation, showmanship, originality of performance and costuming. The Platinum Pole Awards judging panel is quite impressive and includes media and digital sensation, HughE Dillion, who just celebrated his 10th year producing his popular blog, Philly Chit Chat. The judging panel also includes, adult film star, Daizha Morgan, public relations maven, Jennifer Sherlock, Jewelz Entertainment’s, Julie Abramson, former pole champions and studio owners, Emily Cipriano and Lauren “Pinki” Schiavo, and other renowned pole fitness instructors. Rounding out the panel is nightlife connoisseur and owner of Gardendale Social Club, Brian Taylor. Gardendale Social Club, Philadelphia’s newest underground speakeasy, will host the official after party for this exciting event and is also the exclusive bottle service sponsor.
The Platinum Pole Awards will kick off promptly at nine o’clock in the evening and tickets to this unprecedented affair will include a sponsored select open bar, gourmet passed appetizers, prepared by Chef Beth Esposito of Food Network’s Cooks vs. Cons, and a celebratory champagne toast to congratulate the 2017 Platinum Pole Awards Winner.
