For more than three years, Philadelphia has taken part in this monthly lecture event where bookworms, geeks, and gurus gather for drinks in a fun, casual atmosphere. You’ll hear from some of our geekiest, most lovable staff and scientists, and you’ll definitely emerge with something remarkable or bizarre to share. Explore the intersection of art and science in this unforgettable display of LEGO® brick masterpieces! See this familiar toy transformed into amazing works of art in the special exhibition, The Art of the Brick. In this whimsical and awe-inspiring exhibit, you’ll marvel at more than 70 one-of-a-kind LEGO toy sculptures by contemporary artist Nathan Sawaya including reproductions of world-famous works such as the Venus de Milo and Van Gogh’s Starry Night as well as original pieces including a 20-foot-long T. Rex dinosaur skeleton and a giant LEGO brick skull!
