NOSHHH is Back With Some More Awesome Food & Drink Workshops

In case you missed the last round of Noshhh workshops, they just announced a new round of some tasty events that you won’t want to miss. Noshhh is a collaboration project between Home Brewed Events and Spirit Froward to help promote Philadelphia’s local handcrafted industry. They are partnering with Chhaya Café and The Living Room Café to present you the “After Hours Series”, where they’ll feature workshop classes, now on Wednesday evenings, alternating café locations!

For our next Noshhh: After Hours, let Chef Zach of The Living Room Cafe show you how to cook in a whole new way. He has mastered the art of sustainable cooking and uses it everyday at his own restaurant in Queen Village. Sample some food and enjoy an engaging conversation with a master of his craft.

The Living Room Cafe is farm to table your way. Their menu is locally sourced and offers freshly prepared organic, gluten free, and vegan options for dining in or take out.

Chhaya on East Passyunk is known for their coffee, baked goods, breakfast and lunch featuring local and seasonal ingredients. For the next Noshhh: After Hours workshop watch a demonstration on how to expertly brew coffee while sampling a variety of the different brewing methods with Adam Lees. Adam has a particular penchant for coffee and is a certified coffee steward. He’s slung coffee for over 10 years and currently works with Philly Fair Trade.

As far as beverages go, coffee has long been revered with a surge in its popularity among the craft and DIY movements. Those passionate about having a hand in their products research origination and regional preferences to create a brew that suits their own particular tastes. Relax inside Chhaya as you learn brewing skills to take back to your own kitchen with coffee from around the global.
