New Gym KTL is Using Kettlebells to Revolutionize The Way We Work Out
We post of a lot of restaurants and bars but we also like to shine spotlights on places to work off those calories. With New Years around the corner, many folks will be scrambling to shed those holiday pounds and one gym is opening just in time. The all-new KTL gym (1822 Spring Garden St.) is getting Philadelphians in shape one kettlebell at a time.
Boasting a burn of 20 calories a minute the workouts here are tiered into three levels. The White Bell workout is geared towards beginners that are still learning the basics of kettlebell training. The Black Bell is their intermediate workout and takes folks from fundamentals to skilled workouts. Then there’s the Gold Bell workout. This is for the “badasses” in the gym that have mastered the kettlebell and looking for the ultimate workout experience.
Before you write this place off as just another bootcamp gym, KTL expresses they do not care more about calories than form. From the looks of their classes and training regiment this gym is definitely focused on making New Years revolutionists stick to their guns.
