New Christmas Crawl “Jingle Bars” Will Stop at 10 Locations including Tinsel Christmas Pop-up Bar
Jingle Bars Christmas Bar Crawl will spread the holiday cheer this Saturday, December 22, 2018, from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. The most festive bar crawl of them all will give you a chance to celebrate the holidays one last time as some of Midtown Village, Center City and Rittenhouse’s top bars and restaurants open their doors for an afternoon of Santa-approved festivities. Jingle Bars will begin with registration at Smokin’ Betty’s at 116 S. 11th Street and continue on to Tinsel Christmas Pop-up Bar, followed by newly opened Tradesman’s, underground secret club Kontrol, decked from top-to-bottom BRU Craft & Wurst, underground beer club U-Bahn and others. The final destination is the sprawling underground sports bar and kitchen Stats on 17th, where participants can turn in their bar crawl card for a chance to win prizes. Tickets are only $20 and include free cover to all participating bars, drink specials ($3 domestic, $4 craft drafts and well drinks, $5 holiday signature cocktails) and select bar bites for $5.00. Jingle Bars Christmas Bar Crawl is Philadelphia’s newest and most festive bar crawl and the only single bar crawl to be officially stopping and partnering with Tinsel – the Christmas Pop-up Bar by Craft Concepts Group. Each participating stop on the crawl will feature a $3 domestic, $4 well, $4 craft beer and $5 signature holiday cocktail. The early lists of drink specials is found below:

Five dollar bar bites will also be at select locations, that also include Tavern on Broad and Wrap Shack on 11th. Look for Tavern and Wrap’s menus on the day of the event!
Check-in for Jingle Bars begins at Noon and runs through 4:00pm on Saturday at Smokin’ Betty’s. Participants will enjoy swag like mistletoe, beads, Santa hats and more as part of their holiday experience. Upon check-in, the final list of bars and restaurants will be provided, along with the Jingle Bars drink pass – stop by and get four locations to punch your pass for a chance to win prizes at the after-party and last stop, at Stats on 17th.
Participants should bring a printed version of their ticket to help ensure a quick registration. This event is 21 and up only. For access to Tinsel, Jingle Bars organizers recommend coming early and hitting Tinsel first on your list for the day! Finn McCool’s next door will be open with a food drink and food menu, plus overflow seating and bar stools for those waiting to enter Tinsel.
