The Godfather Live with the Philadelphia Orchestra

Movie Nights on the Schuylkill Banks Presents: Stand By Me

Bring your friends, blanket and picnic basket for a great time watching viewer’s choice movies by the river. All movies start at dusk (approximately 8:30 pm on June 25). Come early to participate in a free pre-movie raffle for gift cards from Philadelphia Runner.  Free snacks and beverages will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Dave Mathews Band

The Dave Matthews Band exploded in the 1990s with its hybrid of jazz, folk, and world music, all of which were channeled through Matthews’ distinct pop sensibility. Often associated with the decade’s jam-band movement, DMB started as a college favorite. By the end of the decade, Matthews’ introspective lyrics and distinctive vocal timbre resonated through stadiums across the U.S. er Waterfront.

Plenty of vendors will be on hand as well as a water ice from Dre’s Water Ice including a water ice eating competition. Food will be provided by soon to be opened Heffe Taco!
