Cadence to Host Philly Style Bagels for Their First Sunday Pop-up Collaboration
This Sunday, April 8, Cadence, the new-American BYOB from Chefs Jon Nodler, Michael Fry and Samantha Kincaid, are excited to host their nearby friends Philly Style Bagels for their first Sunday pop-up collaboration. From 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. (or until they sell out), Cadence and Philly Style Bagels will offer a special selection of bagel sandwiches including: Smoked Brisket with cream cheese and Keepwell Saba BBQ; Philly Style Lox, smoked in a wood oven with shaved red onion, giardiniera and cream cheese (trout roe will be available as a supplemental topping); Smoked Beets with cream cheese and shaved fennel; and La Quercia Nduja & Pork Ragu Pizza Bagel with Caputo Brothers Creamery provola piccante and scallion. All bagel sandwiches will be $9, and a few special, limited quantity supplements and toppings may be available as well.
To pair with the collaboration bagels, guests are encouraged to BYOB and enjoy delicious mixers, such as housemade bloody mary and fresh-squeezed Seville orange juice, plus cold-brewed teas, brown butter washed cold brew coffee and Keepwell concord grape vinegar soda.
