Embark on an anatomical safari and explore the intricate biology, zoology, and physiology of the world’s most spectacular creatures—large and small! From goats to giraffes, squids to sharks, and octopuses to ostriches, see how intricate the blood vessels of animals are, what the muscular system, body parts, and various organs.

 

 Science After Hours Presents: Monster Mash-Up

Explore, imbibe, and feed your curiosity at an evening event series exclusively for adults featuring experiments, demonstrations, conversations, cocktails, and innovative and engaging science! On Oct. 14th explore the scientific likelihood of zombies and the Loch Ness Monster over great drinks!   Ticket Prices: $15.00 Non-Members $10.00 for Members All Attendees must be 21+.

In a quest to form a band that encompasses different musical generes such as hip-hop, bebop, blues, go-go, rock and roll, R&B, neo-soul, pip and other musical idioms, a young man by the name of Jermaine Bryson decided to bring together an amazing group of musicians from all walks of life to fulfill his vision. Hannibal Buress

Oct. 16th | 8 pm | The Trocadero

Hannibal Buress is widely known for having an “irresistible” comedic presence that lands squarely between “cerebral and swagger,” (New York Times). Buress, the 2012 winner of Comedy Central’s award for Best Club Comic, signed a deal with the network that debuted his second one hour special “Live in Chicago” in March 2014. Buress also serves as a series regular on Comedy Central’s Broad City, helmed by executive producer Amy Poehler, and appeared in the film Neighbors, alongside Seth Rogen.
