If you really think about it Philly’s most famous foods have one thing in common, the bread. If there’s one thing Philly is underrated for it’s bakeries and our breads. Maybe it’s the water maybe it’s the secrets passed down from generation to generation. Either way we are definitely spoiled here. Personally one of my favorite things to order at a bakery or local cafe are the bagels. Whether with a nice veggie spread or as a mouth watering breakfast sandwich, there’s nothing like a fresh bagel in the morning.
